Mozilla Foundation Fellowships 2027–2028: Up to $125,000 in Funding for Technology Innovators

The Mozilla Foundation Fellowships 2027–2028 offer an exceptional opportunity for technology innovators, developers, researchers, entrepreneurs, and creative thinkers working to build a more open, trustworthy, and human-centred technology future.

Mozilla Foundation will select 10 Fellows for a 12-month fellowship beginning June 2027. The programme supports individuals developing innovative technology solutions that challenge existing systems, strengthen digital rights, promote public benefit, and ensure that technology serves communities rather than only powerful institutions.

The fellowship is open to individuals from different professional backgrounds and countries, provided they meet the programme’s funding and legal eligibility requirements. Applicants do not need to work for a nonprofit organization, but their proposed projects must have a clear charitable purpose and create meaningful public benefit.
